Return & Refund Policy (Flora Amora)

At Flora Amora, every order is packaged with care. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products. This includes (but isn’t limited to) tea blends, herbs, wellness items, and any opened or unopened goods.

Refunds / Replacements (Only for Missing or Damaged Orders)

We only offer refunds or replacements in these situations:

1) Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund (as appropriate).

2) Missing Package / Lost in Transit
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, or if the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will review the claim and may issue a replacement or refund.

How to Request Help

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or within 7 days of the last tracking update if it never arrives).

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • The email used at checkout

  • A short description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging (for damage claims)

  • Any relevant tracking details (for missing package claims)

Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs may apply.

  • We may require additional verification before issuing a refund or replacement.

Refund Method & Timing

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or card provider.
